Bio

Hu Zi è nata in Cina nel 1981. Hu Ziun artista di Shanghai nota per i suoi impressionanti ritratti di persone e la sua espressione artistica della condizione moderna. L'artista inizia il suo percorso nel 2000 frequentando la China Academy of Art; ospitata poi presso la Cité Internationale des Arts a Parigi e nel 2014 alla Glenfiddich Artists in Residence in Scozia. Hu Zi ha partecipato a mostre collettive attraverso l'Asia e l'Europa, e nel 2008 ha tenuto la sua prima mostra personale alla Eastlink Gallery di Shanghai. Attualmente vive e lavora a Shanghai. 

Hu Zi was born in China in 1981. Hu Zi is a Shanghai artist known for his impressive portraits of people and his artistic expression of the modern condition. The artist began his career in 2000 attending the China Academy of Art; then hosted at the Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris and in 2014 at Glenfiddich Artists in Residence in Scotland. Hu Zi has participated in group exhibitions across Asia and Europe, in 2008 he conducted his first solo exhibition at the Eastlink Gallery in Shanghai. She currently lives and works in Shanghai. between 2000 and 2007 she attends the China Academy of Art. Hosted at Cité International des Arts, Paris and at Glendfiddich Artists in Residence, Scotland. She is presently living and working in Shanghai.
