The first edition of Collection of 2024, entitled Artisti trentini, presents a focus on a selection of works brought together by their connection to the Trentino region.
It is a collection of works on canvas, on panel and on paper with a heterogeneous character, signed by artists born or active in Trentino, including Carlo Andreani, Carlo Belli, Romano Conversano, Giuseppe Debiasi, Guido Polo, Aldo Schmid, Luigi Senesi and Luigi Vicentini.
In this collection we identify a group of works that is more related to figuration, as in the case of Luigi Vicentini and Guido Polo from realist tendencies to the dreamy atmospheres evoked by Romano Conversano, and another group of works by artists who, in addition to practicing it, were also important theorists of abstraction, such as Carlo Belli, Luigi Senesi and Aldo Schmid.
