Daniele Galliano was born in Pinerolo in 1961. He is a self-taught artist, who began to exhibit in Turin, where he lives and works. His “photographic realism”, his places and images of people became popular and thank to that, he was invited to participate in solo and group exhibitions in Europe and the USA. Recently Galliano took part in many different collaborations with musicians, directors and writers. His works are included in some of the most important public and private collections, such as the Galleria Civica d’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea of Turin, the National Gallery of Modern Art in Rome, the MART of Trento and Rovereto and the Unicredit Private Banking Collection of Milan.
