Laurina Paperina describe her self as duck with a human head, who lives in Duckland with her characters midway between cartoons and pop culture. She promotes a completely sarcastic and ironic art. Laurina illustrates the world by filtering it with a sharp, ingenious, charming irony and humor. She uses many techniques, such as paintings, drawings, sculptures, installations, murales and animations. Laurina partecipated in many publications, projects realized in public spaces, collaborations with fashion, exhibitions and art fairs all over the world. She was born in 1980 in Rovereto, Italy.

For this Limited Edition, OroFresca wears a label created by the creative genius and brilliant hand of the Italian artist Laurina Paperina. His characters, halfway between cartoons, superheroes and pop culture animate the packaging of OroFresca which becomes a sort of blank canvas.
She Came from Beyond Space

In the exhibition conceived for the Tublà da Nives, various sections alternate corresponding to different phases of Laurina Paperina’s work: from a figurative welcome, where works on canvas and paper tell the artist’s imagination, one enters an audiovisual immersion which creates a short circuit between video-animations, and then reaches the “terracotta army”, made up of newborn sculptures that bring the characters of Laurina Daisy to the third dimension. Finally, as a tribute to Tublà and the alpine setting that hosts it, a collection of vintage mountain postcards revisited by the artist will be exhibited.
