Pietro Weber

Castel Pergine

1 May - 30 November 2021

“CastelPergine” foundation hosts Pietro Weber’s pottery and sculptures in a special set-up where art, architecture and story can dialogue.

The arcaic sculptures relate with the architectural forms of the castle and with its history, illustrating ancient architecture that cane sometimes be associated with geographically and culturally distant civilizations. A temple-tower collocated in the centre of the inner courtyard emphasizes the spirituality of this place and act as a “bridge” for the exhibition of the graphic works on Kafka created by Pietro Weber: the physical and spiritual point of arrival of the labyrinthine exhibition itinerary.

The external area (parco tra le mura) of the exhibition will be freely visitable, instead the internal area (Palazzo Baronale and garden) will be visitable only with a tourist guide.
